Terms and Conditions
Bookings are not held unless full payment is received.
All bookings are non-refundable except when cancellations are made 7 days or more prior to a booked tour where a full refund will be given. You may alternatively send another guest in your place if you are unable to attend your booked tour. Your place in a tour is only confirmed when full payment is received.

Urban Graze reserves the right to cancel a tour within 48 hours due to insufficient numbers. If a tour does not reach minimum numbers or if unforeseen or exceptional circumstances arise, Urban Graze reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour. If this occurs, a full refund will be given. Existing bookings have the choice of a refund or a transfer to another tour.

Due to certain circumstances locations may be changed, however you will be notified of this. If you have any severe food allergies, you must call and discuss this with us prior to attending any tour.
