All items are made from scratch by Urban Graze without using pre-made ingredients. We only use fresh products for all of our catering with a strong effort made to support local farmers and small businesses. Our food impresses with a very competitive price. With our new mobile custom built kitchens now available, Urban Graze can cater at almost any location, including remote areas, office buildings and even in a marquee's that will make your next function a very unique experience. Imagine watching your food being prepared and cooked in front of your guests.
These very ultra modern looking mobile kitchens comprise of an oven and a stove top, all powered by gas. Portable induction units can also be used as well as halogen lighting are all fitted to each unit. There is no extra cost involved as the kitchens come with your package when required.

Over the past 15 years Joel has been perfecting Chinese dumplings called dim sum. It’s now time
to share this with you and your guests in the comfort of your own home. This unique catering is
a stand up event similar to our Bites & Pieces style which includes all of your favourites all made
by Urban Graze which includes the following 9 item menu: $29.50 PP.
• Golden fried pork dumplings
• Fluffy steamed BBQ pork buns
• Steamed prawn dumplings (ha gow)
• Vegetable spring rolls with 5 spice mango sauce
• Steamed scallop & garlic chive dumplings
• Crispy fried salt & pepper squid
• Pork & prawn wonton (shu mai)
• Steamed snow pea & shiitake dumpling

Will you require wait staff? If so, we can supply staff @ $25 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
