Terms and Conditions
A cancellation for a booking made within the 7 day period of a booked class, no refunds will be given. A cancellation fee of $30 per booking per class will apply when a class is cancelled or transferred outside of the 7 day period. You may send another guest in your place if you are unable to attend your booked class at no additional fee. Your place in a class or for a private kitchen party is only confirmed when full payment is received. We will not hold any bookings without a payment. If you have a gift certificate please bring it along with you. Gift certificates become void when a booking is cancelled within 7 days of a class. Transfer fees apply to all gift certificates as well.
Urban Graze reserves the right to cancel a class within 24 hours due to insufficient numbers. If a class does not reach minimum numbers or if unforeseen or exceptional circumstances arise, Urban Graze reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class. If this occurs, a full refund will be given. Existing bookings have the choice of a refund or a transfer to another class.
Due to council regulations we are required to notify clients that parking should be made in our driveway which is located in Coral Crescent. Entrance to the school is located on Patterson Ave.
You will receive a reminder email a few days before the class. We look forward to seeing you then.
