Terms and Conditions
All bookings are non-refundable however a full refund will be given only when cancellations are made at least 7 days prior to a booked tour. You may however send another guest in your place if you are unable to attend your booked tour. Your place in a tour is only confirmed when full payment is received at the time of booking. If you have a gift certificate please bring it along with you. Gift certificates become void when a booking is cancelled within 7 days of a class.
Urban Graze reserves the right to cancel a tour within 24 hours due to insufficient numbers, although every effort will be made to notify you earlier. If a tour does not reach minimum numbers or if unforeseen or exceptional circumstances arise, Urban Graze reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour. If this occurs, a full refund will be given. Existing bookings have the choice of a refund or a transfer to another tour.
Urban Graze Food Tours is not a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, hotels or coaches. The services Urban Graze supplies consist of arranging and co-ordinating accommodation, events and tours.
Gift Certificates are redeemable for both the cooking school and the tours.
You will receive a reminder email a few days before your tour and we look forward to seeing you then.
